Pastor Robin Sohotra has established women empowerment project in Kasur District Punjab since 2022 , providing training opportunities to dozens of young girls. They are the daughters of Brick kilns workers who are from marginalized and less fortunate society. They were forced to work with their parents to make the bricks which is very laboursome and low paid work.
We have trained the girls in cutting and stitching and made them skilled who are earning their good bread by stitching the customers’ dresses. Hence they have become helping hands to their parents.
We provided them sewing machines for training and after they were trained we gifted those sewing machines to them so that they can earn their good bread. All credit goes to our Lord God who enabled us to do this charity work.
